Congratulations to Team APALC's LA Marathon team! More than 50 APALC runners and walkers participated in the LA Marathon, Official Charity Relay, and 5K on March 16 and 17 and enjoyed beautiful weather from the start line at Dodger Stadium to the finish line in Santa Monica. It was a beautiful way to see Los Angeles, and (accounting for traffic) was faster than driving!
We have mostly recovered, and have regained the ability to walk up and down stairs.
Team APALC, including staff, board members, interns, and friends (go Team JABA Running, Forrest Runners, and Reed Smith) were able to raise $12,000 to support APALC programs and services. Thank you to all of you who participated and cheered us on all along the way. We're looking forward to next year.
