7th Annual Family Empowerment Festival

Advancing Justice-LA will host its 7th Annual Family Empowerment Festival, bringing together families from several high schools and communities where its youth and parent programs are based. The theme for the festival is “In Lak'ech: You are My Other Me,” inspired by the Mayan poem which promotes a sense of community, mutual respect, and solidarity.

This year’s event is organized with the support of Advancing Justice - LA’s Student Leadership Network (SLN), Parent Leadership Program (PLP), and Leadership Plus (PL).
